Rashid Equestrian Club holds 10th race

 In the presence of HM the King’s Representative for Humanitarian Work and Youth Affairs and Chairman of the Supreme Council for Youth and Sport, HH Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Deputy Chairman of the Rashid Equestrian and Horse Racing Club High Committee, HH Shaikh Isa bin Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, and the Deputy President of the Supreme Council for Environment, HH Shaikh Faisal bin Rashid bin Isa Al Khalifa, the Rashid Equestrian and Horse Racing Club today held the tenth race for this season, at its racecourse in Raffa, Sakhir.

The eight-round race was held over the cups of HH Shaikh Isa bin Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa and HH Shaikh Mohammed bin Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, in addition to the cups of their sons, HH Shaikh Hamad bin Isa bin Salman Al Khalifa, HH Shaikh Abdulla bin Isa bin Salman Al Khalifa, HH Shaikh Salman bin Isa bin Salman Al Khalifa and HH Shaikh Ahmed bin Mohammed bin Salman Al Khalifa.

The race was also held over the cups of the Al-Adiyat Racing Stable and the Rashid Equestrian and Horse Racing Club.

The winners were honoured. HH Shaikh Isa bin Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa presented the trophy of the Al-Adiyat Racing Cup for the eighth round to HH Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa.

Meanwhile, the Executive Director of the Rashid Equestrian and Horse Racing Club, Shaikh Salman bin Rashid Al Khalifa, presented the trophy of the first round to winning trainer, Yussef Tahar, the trophies of the second and sixth rounds to winning trainer, Fawzi Nass, the trophy of the fourth round to winning owner, Jassim Mohammed Assad, and the trophy of the seventh round to winning trainer, Jaber Ramadhan.
